He was predeceased by: his parents, R. Ernest Moore and Jewell Moore (Corn); and his siblings, S. E. Moore, Zetta Rowland and Alma Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth M. Moore; his children, Rhonda Moore Helling (Dale) and Jeff W. Moore (Brenda); his grandsons, Jacob Moore (Jennifer) and Joshua Moore (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Mila, James, John and Joanna.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions are suggested to the church.
