He was predeceased by: his parents, Quintin and Ann (Jackie). He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer (Michael); his grandsons, Spencer and Brandon; and his siblings, Linda, Shirley, Tom (Janna) and Tim (Tricia). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Jack Ray Post VFW in Lee's Summit or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in his name.
