John M. Steelman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John M. Steelman of Lees Summit, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John M. Steelman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur E. Steelman, and Beulah Steelman, Sr. (Yancey); his wife Jane; his daughter Karen Wyatt; his daughter-in-law Shirley Steelman; his grandson Brendon Fisher; his stepgrandson Joshua Donnelly; and his brothers, Arthur Steelman, Jr., Gordon Steelman, Jeff Steelman and Roger Steelman.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Raymond (Jon) of Lees' Summit, Missouri and Mark Steelman of Deepwater, Missouri; and his son-in-law Joe Wyatt of Raytown, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and their spouses, fourteen great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home (306 S 2nd St, Odessa, MO 64076). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Mt. Tabor Cemetery (12507 Mt Tabor Rd, Odessa, MO 64076).
