Janet Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Cook of Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Janet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Janet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Malone and Mary Malone (Weidner); and her sister Cami Jantz. She is survived by: her husband Scott Cook; her children, Ashley Cook of O'Fallon, MO and Dustin Cook (Becca) of Blue Springs, MO; her grandchildren, Rowen Cook and Ellie Cook; and her brothers, Mike Malone (Teresa) of Great Bend, KS and Mitch Malone (Mary Anne) of Weatherford, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the United Methodist Church (206 Carson Ave, Sublette, KS 67877).
