He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Summers Rooks; his daughter Julia Ngega; his son-in-law Luke Frogge; and his parents, James Willis and Ruby L. Crain.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oakwood Baptist Church (7600 Lee's Summit Rd, Kansas City, MO 64139). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
