With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Rowley of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Rowley and Twyla Rowley (Jensen); and his siblings, William Rowley and Joan Dickey. He is survived by: his children, Stephen James Rowley of Independence and Stephanie Jean Ortega (Rowley) of Brunswick, Maryland.; his wife Connie; his sons, Steve and Gregory Ortega; and his grandchildren, Chandler Boehm (Rowley), Tyler Boehm, Conrad, Ella and Dylan Ortega.
