It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Lavon Johnson of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Ethel, Missouri, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Johnson and Maxine Johnson; his son Mike Johnson; his wife Marie A. Day; and his granddaughter Krystal Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Singleton (Jim) and Doug Johnson (Karen); his grandchildren, Jason Singleton (Amanda), Kim Watson (James), Kristi Herschberger (Dustin), Chad Johnson (Melissa), Dusty Johnson (Lais) and Jamie Amspacker (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Lexi, Haley, Graham, Ashford, Kendall, Lindsey, Kate, Karly, Tristin, Brek, Tate, Britton, Truitt, Brylee, Landon and Autumn; his sisters, Donna Hartung and Sandra Wright; and his brother-in-law James Day.
