He is survived by: his wife Vicki Trumble; his children, Michael Hodges (Alicia) of Lee's Summit, MO, Amy Holder (Kevin) of Argyle, TX and Rebecca Hodges of Lee's Summit, MO; and his grandchildren, Elise Holder, Emily Holder, Chase Hodges and Max Hodges.
