Poindexter Hamilton of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Peculiar, Missouri, who passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin A. Ullery and Hattie M. Ullery (Steele); her former spouse Thomas V. "Tom" Poindexter; and her spouse Marion "Shorty" Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Kay Auclair (Ron) of Kirkwood, Sue (Tom Conroy) of Lee's Summit, Steve Poindexter of Kansas City and Karen Bennett (Wayne) of Green Valley, Arizona. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
