Lamb (Sawyer); his sons, Karl Burden and Paul Burden (Cheri); his grandchildren, Blake Burden (Hannah), Christina Hill (Jeff) and Rachel Burden; his great grandchildren, Myles Hill and Cameryn Hill; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Lambert (Kelly) and Lesa Dampier (John); his stepgrandchildren, Michael Routh (Kelly), Matthew Dampier and Jessica Dampier; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery Dampier, Holden Dampier and Truman Dampier. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
