With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Dale Butler of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Aurora, Missouri, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Vester and Clyta May Butler (Conrad); and his brother Danny Lynn Butler. He is survived by: his wife Gayle Barnes; and his sons, Dusty Butler of Springfield and Scott Butler of Springfield, Missouri..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made payable to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Donor Choice, in care of the funeral home.
