She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Watts and Hazel Watts (Snow); her husband Raymond Rivera; and her brother Stephen Douglas Watts. She is survived by: her sister Cynthia Harmer; and her nieces, Jessica Harmer, Carley Corbin and Adrianne Marks. She is also survived by cousins; great-nieces; great-nephew; and many friends.
