She is survived by: her mother Luella Sprague (Williams); her daughter Melissa Partin; her sisters, Dianne Evans (Jim), Denise Evans (Charlie), Deborah Sprague, Donna Bollinger (Steve) and Dawn Mayse (Todd); and her nieces and nephews, Justin Evans, Ryan Evans, Alycia Packham, Cara Bollinger, Kenneth Bollinger, Carson Bollinger, Katherine Bollinger, Garret Mayse and Grant Mayse.
