She was predeceased by: her father Clarence; and her grandmother Thomason. She is survived by: her husband Jim Caldwell; her siblings-in-law, Tom Caldwell (Alice) and Nancy Kenworthy (Paul); her niece Tricia DeCamp (Greg); and her nephew Jason Caldwell (Brooke). She is also survived by numerous cousins and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the KC Hospice House and KC Pet Project.
