He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Phillips; and his parents, Donald Phillips and Dorothy Phillips. He is survived by: his brother Robert Phillips; his children, Dan Phillips, Jr., Cindy Mixon, Dana Eckert, Mindy Richardson and Amy Callaway; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
