She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Warner and Shirley J. Warner; and her siblings, Dr. Michael D. Warner, Darrell Warner, Mary Warner and Karen Clark.

She is survived by: her husband Larry Cleveland; her daughters, Andrea Webb (Ben) and Melissa Thomason; her grandchildren, Sean Webb, Morgan Webb (Mathias Ham), Lauren and Conner Thomason; and her siblings, Terese Fisher and Steven Warner. She is also survived by many aunts and uncles and cousins on her mother.
