He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Mulder (John) of Missouri and David Smith (Cathy) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Matt Mulder, Mindy Matter, Kim Angolo (Caleb), Eric Smith (Erin), Stacy Bright (Bo), Kittery Duffield (Nathan) and Lee (Morgan) of Maine; and his great grandchildren, Rai, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Olivia Angolo, Dean, Matthew, Trystan Mulder, Emily, Samantha Matter, Everett, Prudence, Owen, Munroe, Wade Smith, Rowen, Ramsey of Maine, Ryker Duffield, Madison, Jake and Jackson of Maine.
