We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2023, at the age of 73, Barbara J. Pancoast of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert R. Thorsen and Frances R. Thorsen (Spurlock); and her half-siblings, Guy Thorsen, Caroline Pruitt and Elaine Peterson.
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda; her son-in-law Rob Ostling of Independence; her grandson Isaac Ostling of Independence; and her siblings, William Thorsen of Phillipsburg, Ronald Thorsen (Valerie) of Lee's Summit and Beverly "Bonni" Kagarice of Pleasant Hill. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Pleasant Hill Animal Shelter and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
