She is survived by: her pet Sophie; her husband Dan Phillips; her children, Janet Hammond and Richard Boles; and her stepchildren, Cindy Mixon, Dana Eckert, Danny Phillips, Mindy Richardson and Amy Callaway. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
