She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert Pruitt and Velma Bradshaw Pruitt; and her siblings, Betty, Lorene, Don and Dan.
She is survived by: her husband John Roth; her son Jeff Roth (Carolyn) of Springfield, Missouri; her granddaughter Jennifer (David); and her great grandchildren, Jeylon, Royal and Rayna. She is also survived by family; and other relatives and friends.
A memorial to the American Heart Association to the American Cancer Society has been established and memorials may be left at the funeral home.
