Tommy Chastain Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2024, at the age of 72, Tommy Chastain (Lebanon, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Chastain and Mary Dibben Chastain; his wife Shirley June Chastain; his grandson Dante'Nichols; and his siblings, Paul, Ricky and Sherry.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Nichols (Otis), Chaundra Shults (Rick), Tamara Parker (Jimmy), Michelle Phillips (Jody) and Kevin Chastain; and his brothers, Gary Chastain (Delores) and Jerry Chastain (Nancy). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Flatwoods Cemetery and donations may be left at the funeral home.
