He is survived by: his wife Susan Koxlien of Lebanon, MO; his daughter Stephanie Costello of Rolla, MO; his stepdaughters, Becky Austin of West Point, MS and Lisa Arroya of Springfield, MO; his son Sean Koxlien of Bermas, NY.; and his siblings, Michael Koxlien of Taylor, WI, Duane Koxlien of Dalton Gardens, ID, Cindi Shepardson of Whitefish Bay, WI, Shiela Nelson of Blue River, WI and Barbara Loomis. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
