He was predeceased by: his father Steve Thomas Fuhrer; his sister Nancy Goodman; and his mother-in-law Betty Field. He is survived by: his wife Susan Fuhrer; his children, Christy Johnson (Todd) and Kelli Pologruto (Kevin); his grandchildren, Avery and Ainsley; his sisters, Carylyn Pippenger (Jerry) and Marylyn Downing (Roy Dean); his father-in-law Robert Field; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Morgenstern (Roger) and Janice Dickerson (Bill). He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Lake of the Ozarks Habitat for Humanity or the Trinity Episcopal Church in Lebanon, MO.
