She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Tadlock and Fern Tadlock; her husband Ivan Earl Chapman; and her sons, David and Kevin.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Chapman (Tammi) of Long Lane and Darrin Chapman (Michelle) of Fair Grove, Missouri; her siblings, Joan McGuire of Lebanon, Missouri and Jim Tadlock (Larry Tadlock) of Warsaw; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Chapman Wiese. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
