He was predeceased by: his brother Kaleb Lewis; his grandfather Jim Massey; and his uncle James Massey. He is survived by: his parents, Oliver Raymond Lewis and Rebecca Joy Massey Fulkerson of Lebanon, MO; his wife Billi Jo Lewis; his children, Elizabeth Lewis and Emmanuel "E. J."; his stepparents, Andrea Lewis and Bruce Fulkerson of Lebanon, MO; his brother Kaesi Lewis (Kirsten); his nieces and nephews, Alarik of Brunswick, ME, L. B. Fulkerson of Lebanon, MO and Alex Wright (Amanda); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carly and Ramsey of Lebanon, MO; and his sister Jessica Wright of Lebanon, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
