He is survived by: his wife Gayla Kolb of Lebanon, MO; his daughter Lindsey Kolb of Alexandria, VA; and his siblings, Douglas Kolb (Carol) of Weatherford, TX, Monica Curtis of New Athens, IL and Allison McAllister of Freeburg, IL..
