She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Wade of Everett and Terry Wade (Cathy) of Lebanon, Missouri; her grandchildren, Brandon Wade (Jessica) of Stoutland and Blair Sien (Dylan) of Lebanon, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Tony Reed, William Wade, June Wade and Waylon Wade. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
