He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Cutbirth and Ivawn Cutbirth (Cloud); his daughter Tammy Thomas; and his sisters, Ernestine Smith, Nadine Irwin, Noreen Davis and Alene Fredrick.
He is survived by: his daughter Carla Calhoun (Keith) of Lebanon; his wife Nancy Cutbirth of Monett; his sister Charlene Edmondson of Mt. Vernon; his granddaughters, Leah Thomas, Lindsey Chandler, Hannah Calhoun and Grace Calhoun; his great grandchildren, Anna and Avery; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Jones (Rick) and Lizzie Dean. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
