Jack E. Fields Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack E. Fields (Lebanon, Missouri), born in Sacramento, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jack may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jack touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Fields and Rebecca Ann Slayton Fields; and his brother Paul Slayton. He is survived by: his son Jordan Fields of St. Louis, Missouri; and his siblings, John Fields (Teresa) of Lynchburg, Missouri and Tiffany Paige Arts. He is also survived by six nieces; three nephews; and other relatives and friends.
