He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Pergande of Lebanon and Teresa Pergande of Mountain Grove, Missouri; his grandchildren, Christine and Gary; and his great grandchildren, Felicia, Evan, Anthony and August. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
