He is survived by: his sister-in-law Edna Speaker of Lebanon, Missouri; his nieces and nephews, Dana Bishop (Darrel) of Eldridge, Ginger Esther of Lebanon, Todd Speaker of Lebanon and Kerry North (Johnny) of Eldridge, Missouri; his great-nephews, Cory North, Wesley North, Cody Esther, Blake Bishop (Carrie) and Brice Bishop; his great-niece Hayley Esther Hedgpeth (Bryan); and also, Braxton North, Jasper Bishop, Austin Bishop, Kaylyn Bishop, Kasen Bishop and Bristol Esther.
