She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Edmund and Lucille Marion Addison (Smith). She is survived by: her son Jonathon Brent (Samantha); her grandson Jackson McMackin of St. Louis; her son Harry Jack McMackin (Michele) of Allen, Texas; and her brother Junior Edmund Addison (Jan) of O'Fallon. She is also survived by cousins, as well as nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and a great-great-great niece and nephew.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to Cedarhurst of Lebanon for their unwavering care and compassion for the last three years, as well as Integrity Hospice of Lebanon for their excellent care for her in her final days.
