She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Robert and Arra Grace Crisp Perkins; her sons, David Kent Perry and Thomas Eugene Perry; her siblings, Laverne, Leo, Lane Perkins, Lucille Webb, Maxine Bain and Estalene Lathrom; and her grandson James Perry.
She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Helen Perkins of Mountain Grove, MO and Lodema Perry of Competition, MO; her grandchildren, Tammy Lea McKimmey (Brian, Dana Sue) of Lebanon, MO, Sandra Elaine Capps (Michael) of Lebanon, MO and Heather Renae Becker (Robert) of Lebanon, MO; her great grandchildren, Cody, Madeline, Samuel McKimmey, Logan Phillips, Madison, Wyatt Capps, Maryana, Zane and Creed Becker; and also Judy Perry of Lebanon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
