He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ellis Johnson and Emma Ann Simkins Johnson; his wife Betty Lou Johnson; his children, David Johnson, Randy Johnson and Kathy Johnson; and his grandsons, Cody Beisner and David Prokopec.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Flores (Mike) of Lebanon, Anna Poundstone (Jeff) of Morris and Susie Needham (Yogi) of Conway, Missouri; and also Anna Freeman of Longview, Texas.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren.
