He is survived by: his children, Cody Bollig (Hannah) of Brentwood, MO and Katy Johnson (Luke) of Springfield, MO; the mother of his children Becky Bollig of Lebanon, MO; his grandchildren, Daphney, Delilah Bollig, Ellie and Sophia Johnson; and his siblings, Cindy Uder (Bruce), Randy Bollig and Greg Bollig (Trina). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
