She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Henderson and Vivian Henderson (Wickwire); her husband Keith Johansen; her brothers-in-law, Craig Johansen and Dale Johansen (Sharon); and her parents-in-law, Herman Johansen and Dorothy Johansen.
She is survived by: her daughter Nicole Johansen; her grandchildren, Caleb Howard and Michaela Wade; her great grandchildren, Jeremiah Wade and Huxley Howard; and her brother Don Henderson (Sharon). She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
