He was predeceased by: his father James H. Moore; and his brother-in-law Russell Schumacher. He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Ford (Kristen McEwen) of Leasburg, Jacob Moore of Leasburg and Kevin C. Moore, Jr. of Leasburg; his mother Diane (Bob Barnhart) of Sullivan; his siblings, Debbie Schumacher of Robertsville, Christine (Jeff Barnes) of Sullivan, Melinda (Dale Conley) of Leasburg, James (Vivian Moore) of Sullivan and Robert Moore of Bourbon; and his former wife Angel Summers. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
