She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Moore, Nicole Lewis and Danielle Lewis; her grandchildren, Dayton, Austin, Jakob, Aiden, Mason, Aurora, Xzavier and Xzander; and her sister Tina Bolte. She is also survived by numerous other extended family and friends.
