She is survived by: her children, Jeff Kopp and Terry Nettles (Larry); her grandchildren, Felicia Emily (Ethan), Cameron Kopp (Destiney), Caty Steinmetz, Abby Mills, Courtney Kopp, Sierra Kopp, Justin Nettles (Darian) and Kyle Nettles (Erica); her brothers, Gary Carter (Virginia), David Carter and Steve Carter; and her brother-in-law Kenny Norman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
