He is survived by: his children, Christian Skaggs (Mariah) and John Ray Skaggs; his grandchildren, Emma Skaggs and Ashlynn Skaggs; his brother Otis Skaggs Jr. (Pat); and his friend Kelly Lincoln (Becky). He is also survived by many other friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
