She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Forshee and Lucille Forshee (Newcomb); her husband Charles "Denver" Penberthy; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Penberthy. She is survived by: her children, Charles Penberthy (Donna), Patricia McClure, Neal Penberthy and Melanie Dillard (David); her grandchildren, Ryan McClure (Renee), Melissa Knuckles (Ryan), Brandi Arndt (Brett), Chris Penberthy (Caleb) and Megan Wilson (Dereck); her great grandchildren, Brenden, Emily, Braydee, Beckett, Ava, Beritt, Hunter, Kendall and Collins; and her siblings-in-law, Ilah Jean Miller, Beverly Floyd, Rita Penberthy and Donald Penberthy.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Dolores Penberthy 's name.
