He was predeceased by: his mother Karon Anderson (Mansell); his grandparents, Everette and Gladys Mansell; his aunt Dena Hildon; his uncle Mark Mansell; and his father-in-law Theodore Welker Jr. (Jim).
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Mansell (Welker); his children, Nick Mansell and Amanda; his stepdaughter Jamie Moser (Jack); his grandchildren, Zoey Bockenkamp and Kara Moser; his aunts, Sharon Schierding and Peggy Dabney; his nephew Bradlee Welker; his close friend Rod Weygant; his mother-in-law Betty Welker; and his pet Uggie. He is also survived by many cousins, other family, and a host of friends.
