He is survived by: his wife Beverly Fay Maurer; his children, Sharon Myers (Robert) of Kansas City, Bill Maurer of Kansas City, Eric Maurer of Kansas City and Andrew Maurer (Jacque) of Holt; his sister Patricia Oscarsson (Rolf) of Hudson; and his godson Tage Oscarsson.
