She is survived by: her children, Rodney Cates (Bonnie) and Jessica Cates Bolen (Brian Cook) of Tulsa, OK; her sister-in-law Joyce Ann Bice of Jefferson City, TN; her stepchildren, Darrell Purdue (Jami) and Christy Clement (Tom) of South Jordon, UT; her grandchildren, Michael, Nathan, Jacob Cates, Bella Bolen, Zac, Sean Purdue, Evan and Elaina Clement; her niece Shelly Branstetter; and her nephew Greg Weber (Landon Branstetter).
