He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertie Raymond and Nora Viola Noble (Paine); his wife Mary Dell Tarwater of Orrick; and his siblings, Charles G. Noble, Edward Eugene Noble, Robert Lee Noble, Bertie Raymond Noble, Wanda Mae Schulze and Sue Beadlescomb.
He is survived by: his children, John Wesley Noble (Deborah) of Lathrop, James Raymond Noble (Jill) of Liberty, Thomas William Noble (Romona) of Norfolk, NE, Nancy Ellen Dobbins (R. Edward) of Kansas City and Barbara Ann Maidment (Terry) of Ridgecrest, CA; his grandchildren, Amanda Cockrum, Jeff Noble (Chrissy), Cole Noble (Jennifer), Clay Noble (Hacky), Collin Noble (Tiffany), Jillian Noble (Paul Redmond), Charlie Noble, Patrick Noble (Alexandria), Donna Jean Coover (Kyle), Paige Noble, Diane Dobbins, Racheal Dobbins, Shelly Burgwald (Cody) and Dianne Merkel (James); and his great grandchildren, Megan, Nathan, Autum, Kennedy, Adia, Avarie, Grayson, Gavin, Benjamin, Cora, Lilyann, Charlotte, Hoss, Hazel and Aiden.
