He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nicholas and Nellie Bly Williams; and his wife Peggy Marie Williams (Taylor). He is survived by: his children, Peggy R. Williams (Jay Miller) and Joseph Williams (Debra Williams); and his granddaughters, Jessica, Angela and Barbara Williams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
