He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Pate Eckert and John William Insell (Sandy Goodheart); and his siblings, Mary Foley, Gailan Boles, Everett Eckert, Robert Eckert, Garnett Eckert and Sue King.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Endicott (Jim) of Fort Scott, KS, Melissa Southard of Louisburg, KS and Robin O'Brien of Spring, TX; and his brother John Eckert of Lawson, MO. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews, cousins and great friends.
