He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Massengale and Bonnie Massengale (Dehart); his wife Teresa "Terry" Massengale; his parents-in-law, Richard and Carolyn Marcum; his brothers, James Edward (Massengale), Mike "Sage" Massengale, Jeff Massengale and Ronnie "Smokey" Massengale; his siblings-in-law, Lana Hammond and Gregory Marcum; and his grandparents, John, Dehart, James and Ethel Massengale.
He is survived by: his son Jason; his grandchildren, Ian and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Noah of Missouri, Cohen of Missouri, Mason Hacker of Missouri and Eli Massengale of Missouri; his brothers, Kenny Massengale of Lawson, MO, Dennis "Jerome" Massengale of New Castle and Steve "Flash" Massengale of New Castle; and his sister-in-law Kimberly Criswell.
