It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil R. Jones Jr. of Lawson, Missouri, who passed away on August 31, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil, Sr. Jones and Erma Jones (Westlake). He is survived by: his wife Vivian Stretch; his son Galen Jones (Rhonda) of Lawson, MO; his grandchildren, Courtney Sellens (David) of Independence, MO and Aaron Jones (Sara) of Lawson, MO; his siblings, Carroll Jones (Judy) of Princeton, MO, Jerry Jones (Claudia) and Kay Carey (Alan); and his great grandchildren, Tiauviel, Earendel, Angelus, Daithi and Kendall.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 p. m. Thursday at the funeral home where social distancing will be observed and masks are recommended.
