She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Johnson and Opal Johnson (Dodson); her husband Raymond Phillips; her daughter Donna Rae; her siblings, Lucy Rankin and Robert Johnson; and her son-in-law Claren Kerr.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Kerr; her granddaughters, Christie Davies (Tim), Jamie Clevenger and Codi Campos (Luis); and her great grandchildren, Ty Parker (Nikki), Lexi Parker, Kenzey, Lainey McClard, Gracie, Ben Davies, Christian, Evelyn and Eliana Campos.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be donated to Liberty Hospital Hospice.
